FirstService Residential manages 8,500+ communities across North America and needed a unified platform for employee certification tracking, property compliance management, and location-level data reporting. The existing workflows relied on phone calls, emails, and paper forms — creating delays in compliance verification, staff certifications, and community management. They needed a solution that met HOA compliance requirements across multiple state jurisdictions.
